The owners desired to expand their second floor living space out below a magnificent tree canopy. The design integrates custom reclaimed pine bookshelves and millwork to integrate the space with the existing historic interiors and utilizes a ribbon of windows to to connects the urban property to nature. Two bathrooms on different levels were combined to create a luxurious Primary Bath and Powder Room.
